Join us at Trattoria Sei in Mahopac on Thursday, May 28 for an elegant four course wine pairing dinner inspired by the diverse wine regions of Italy. This specially curated evening will feature thoughtfully paired wines from Sicily and Veneto alongside seasonal Italian dishes designed to highlight fresh ingredients, coastal flavors, and traditional cooking techniques.
Guests will begin the evening with Mediterranean ahi tuna tartare paired with Planeta Rosé from Sicily, followed by a rich spinach and artichoke risotto served alongside Bertani Secco from Veneto. For the main course, guests may choose between fresh water trout with citrus vinaigrette or brick pressed Cornish hen with aged balsamic glazed shallots, both paired with Planeta Etna Rosso from Sicily. The evening concludes with flourless chocolate cake, vanilla gelato, Amarena cherries, and Don Ciccio Concerto Espresso Liqueur.
