Join us at Trattoria Sei in Mahopac on Thursday, July 30 for a special four course Pugliese Wine Dinner celebrating the cuisine and wines of Puglia, one of Southern Italy's most beloved culinary regions. This thoughtfully curated evening will showcase fresh coastal flavors, rustic Italian traditions, and handcrafted wines from Cantine Miali, each selected to complement every course.
Guests will begin with a refreshing seafood salad featuring calamari, octopus, and shrimp paired with Cantine Miali's Single Vineyard Falanghina. The evening continues with fresh orecchiette tossed with broccoli rabe pesto, lemon zest, anchovy, pecorino, and toasted breadcrumbs alongside a Salento Chardonnay. For the main course, guests will enjoy pan fried lamb chop cutlets served with seasonal vegetables and paired with Cantine Miali's Puglia Primitivo. The evening concludes with a traditional lemon olive oil cake, fresh berries, whipped cream, and a tasting of Cantine Miali's Verdeca "The Orange Fox."
